Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Charlotte, NC

LeadWharf sends Charlotte cleaning companies exclusive janitorial leads: businesses in your area that want a regular cleaner, with the decision-maker's direct line. Pick Uptown, SouthPark, Ballantyne, the York County side in South Carolina, or all of it.

Charlotte's population estimate from the Census Bureau is now close to a million, and the wider metro is nearing three million. Much of that growth landed in new office, medical and apartment buildings, and plenty of them opened with a builder's cleaning crew and never went out to bid properly. That leaves room for a company that can show up with a clear quote and keep the standard up week after week.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in Charlotte

Banking built Uptown. Bank of America's headquarters and Truist's head office sit within walking distance, and Wells Fargo runs one of its largest employment centers here. Around them are the law, accounting and consulting firms that serve the banks. South End, along the light rail line, has added a newer run of mid-rise offices with tech and fintech tenants who expect a cleaner who works after hours and keeps quiet about it.

Outside the center, the office market spreads into SouthPark, Ballantyne and University City. Ballantyne's corporate park and the University Research Park near UNC Charlotte house insurance, back-office and engineering teams. Atrium Health and Novant Health both run large hospital systems here, and their clinics, urgent care sites and specialist practices appear in almost every suburb from Huntersville to Matthews.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is one of American Airlines' biggest hubs, and the west side of the city around it is full of distribution centers, freight forwarders and light industrial space. Further out, Concord, Gastonia and Rock Hill add manufacturing plants and motorsport shops. For a cleaning company, a patch drawn along I-85 or I-77 can mix offices, medical space and warehouses in one drive.

What changes through the year

Charlotte's spring pollen is heavy enough to coat cars yellow in March and April, and it settles on window ledges, lobbies and HVAC returns. Summers are hot and humid, which keeps restrooms and break rooms working hard. Winter storms are rare but ice can close the city for a day or two. The fall brings the NASCAR weekends at Charlotte Motor Speedway and a steady run of banking conferences that fill Uptown hotels.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

Required
02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Do you cover Fort Mill and Rock Hill on the South Carolina side?

Yes. York and Lancaster counties are part of the Charlotte market, and plenty of offices sit just over the state line. A lot of Charlotte offices sit a few minutes over the state line, so a territory that stops at the border often misses good buildings.

Can I focus only on Ballantyne and SouthPark offices?

Yes. You can make your territory as tight as a few ZIP codes. A tight patch keeps your drive times short, and no other cleaning company gets leads there while you are with us.

Are there medical office leads in Charlotte?

There are plenty. Atrium Health and Novant Health run clinics across the metro, and independent practices lease space in nearly every suburb. Tell us you want medical work and we look for practice managers who need a new cleaner.
