Why this is different

Bought cleaning leads before? This works differently.

Most cleaning company owners we talk to have been burned at least once. Here is how we compare to what you have probably tried.

What you pay for

You only pay for leads that pass all 3 checks.

Before a janitorial or commercial cleaning lead reaches you, we check it three ways. If it misses one, you don't pay for it.

  1. It is in your area

The building is inside the area you gave us. No two-hour drive at six in the morning.

  2. They want regular cleaning

They told us they want a new cleaner for recurring work, at the size and frequency you set.

  3. You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct phone number. Not the front desk.

Lead misses a check? It's credited. No arguing.

Ready for you to book a walkthrough

How it works

How we win you more cleaning contracts.

Four steps. You do the first one and the last one. We do everything in between.

  1. Step 1You

    Tell us what you want

A free 30-minute call. Your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. Step 2Us

We reach out in your name

We find the facility managers and owners who sign off on cleaning near you, and email them personally about your company.

  3. Step 3Us

    We check every reply

In your area, wants the work, can say yes. If a reply misses any of the three, it never reaches you.

  4. Step 4You

    You get the lead

It lands in your inbox, and nobody else's. You book the walkthrough and send the quote.

Pricing

Pay per lead. No retainer.

One-time setup
We build and warm an email setup used only for your company, so it lands in inboxes, not spam.
A flat fee per lead
You pay for each lead that passes all three checks. Nothing monthly.
Stop any time
No contract and no notice period. Your area stays yours while you are with us.

Why isn't the price on this page?

Because it depends on your area. Leads in a busy city and a quiet county are not the same job. Tell us where you work and you get your exact price per lead on the call.

Questions

Questions about cleaning leads.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

How does pay-per-lead work for cleaning companies?

You pay a flat fee for each lead you receive, instead of a monthly retainer or a lead shared with several other cleaners. With LeadWharf, a lead only counts if it passes three checks: the building is in your area, they want regular cleaning, and you are talking to the person who signs. There is a one-time setup, then you pay per qualified lead.

What actually turns up in my inbox?

A lead with the company and building, the contact's name and role, a direct phone number and email, what they need cleaned, how often, and when they want to start. Enough to call and book a walkthrough without chasing anything.

Will my competitors get the same lead?

No. Every lead goes to one company. It is never resold or shared, so you are not racing three other crews to call first. Each area also goes to one cleaning company, so we are never pitching a competitor of yours to the same buildings.

What makes a lead qualified?

Three things, and all three have to be true. The building is inside the area you gave us. They want regular cleaning at the size and frequency you set. And you get the person who signs off, with a direct line. If a lead misses any of the three, it is credited. No back and forth.

Will you sell to another company in my city?

No. Your area is locked to you while you are with us, and we don't run the same campaign for another cleaning company inside it. That is why it is worth checking on the call whether your area is still open.

How much do janitorial leads cost?

A one-time setup, then a flat fee for each lead that passes all three checks. Nothing monthly. The fee depends on your area and the buildings you want, so we give you your exact number on the call.

Am I tied into anything?

No. There is no retainer and no contract. Stop whenever you like.

How many leads will I get, and how fast?

It depends on your area and the buildings you want, and we won't make up a number. The email setup has to warm up first so your emails land in inboxes. On the call we look at your area together and give you a straight answer, including if there isn't enough there.

What kind of work can you get leads for?

Whatever you want more of. Nightly janitorial, office cleaning, day porter, medical, schools, warehouses, floor care, windows, post-construction, residential. Tell us who you want to be talking to and we go find them.

We have bought leads before and got burned.

Most owners we talk to have. Usually it was a shared lead, sold to several cleaners, that nobody checked. Here every lead is yours alone and checked by a person first, and you don't pay for one that misses. Judge us on the first lead.

Who else are you working with? Can I see results?

You only pay for leads that pass the checks, so you don't have to take our word for it. Judge us on the first lead.

Is this AI? Are these real people?

Real businesses, real people, and a real conversation before anything reaches you. Every reply is read and checked by a person. Nothing is scraped and forwarded on.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  1. You tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. We tell you if your area is still open, and what each lead will cost you.

  3. If there isn't enough work near you to make it worth it, we tell you that too.

No hard sell. Nothing to sign on the call.
