About LeadWharf

LeadWharf sells exclusive, pay per lead janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in the United States and Canada. We work with one company per area, hold every lead to three checks, and charge only for leads that pass.

Updated

LeadWharf exists because cleaning companies keep paying for leads that were never going to become contracts. We built a service that does the opposite: it finds one building at a time that wants regular cleaning, confirms the person on the other end can say yes, and sends that contact to one company only.

Why does LeadWharf exist?

Shared leads burn cleaning companies. A shared lead is a lead sold to several companies at once, and most cleaning owners we speak to have bought them. The pattern is familiar. A form fill arrives, three or four other crews get the same one, and the race to call first starts. Half the time the person on the phone was collecting prices, had no intention of switching, or could not approve a contract anyway.

The owner paid for the click, not the outcome. Do that for a few months and it is easy to conclude that bought leads never work.

We think the problem is the product, not the idea. A lead is worth paying for when it is in your area, when the building wants recurring work, and when you are talking to the person who signs. So we built LeadWharf around exactly those three checks, and around the rule that each lead goes to one company.

Who runs LeadWharf?

LeadWharf was founded in 2022 by Aarav Sharma. It was started for the reason set out above: cleaning companies were paying for leads that three other crews had also bought, and for contacts who could not sign a contract. Aarav built the service around the fix, not the pitch. Each lead is checked for area, for recurring work and for the decision-maker before it is charged, and each lead goes to one company.

If you want to talk it through, book a call. You will speak to the people who run the campaigns, not a sales team reading a script.

What do we believe?

A few things, and they shape everything we do.

  • A lead is a person, not a form. It is a named decision-maker for a real building who has said what they want. Anything less is a list row.
  • Exclusive means one company. Every lead is sold once. Your territory is locked to you while you are with us, and nobody else gets the same campaign inside it.
  • You should pay for the standard, not the attempt. You pay a flat fee for a lead that clears all three checks. If one misses, it is credited, with no argument.
  • The building should meet you, not us. Outreach goes out in your name, and you book the walk-through and write the quote. We hand over the contact and step back.
  • No lock-in. A one-time setup, then a fee per qualified lead. Nothing monthly, no contract, and you can stop whenever you like.

How do we work?

We start with a short call where you tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to. We learn your pitch through a short form, build and warm a dedicated email sending setup, and find and verify the decision-makers in your patch.

Then we run personalized outreach in your name. When someone replies, a real person on our side qualifies the conversation against the three checks: it is in your area, they want regular work at your frequency and job size, and you get the person who signs. Leads that pass land in your inbox with the company, building, contact, direct line, what they need, how often, and when they want to start.

Nothing is scraped and forwarded. Nothing is auto-generated. The full process, step by step, is on the how it works page.

Who do we work with?

Commercial cleaning and janitorial companies across the United States and Canada, and the trades that sell into the same buildings: window cleaning, carpet and floor care, pressure washing, pest control, landscaping, facility maintenance, restoration and more. Offices, clinics, schools, warehouses, retail, property portfolios. The brief is yours to draw. See the full list of trades and industries.

Why should you trust LeadWharf?

You should not have to take our word for it, and we do not ask you to.

What we can offer is a structure that puts the risk in the right place. You pay per qualified lead, not per month. Every lead is held to three checks you can verify on your first phone call. If it misses one, you are not charged. Judge us on the first lead.

How do I talk to someone?

Book a call from the contact page. Bring your service area and the buildings you want, and we will tell you honestly whether your area is still open and how the pricing works there.

Questions

Before you ask.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Who is LeadWharf for?

Cleaning and janitorial companies in the United States and Canada, plus the trades that sell into the same buildings, such as window cleaning, carpet care, pest control and facility maintenance. If you can describe the buildings you want and the work you do, we can build outreach around it.

How do I know the leads will be good?

Judge us on the first lead. Check it against the three standards: in your area, wants recurring work, and the person who signs. If it misses any of the three, you are not charged for it.

Why one company per area?

Because exclusivity is the point. If we ran the same campaign for two cleaning companies in one city, they would be pitching the same buildings and competing for the same replies. Locking your territory means every lead in it is yours.

How is LeadWharf different from a lead marketplace?

A marketplace sells a request to several companies and leaves the qualifying to you. We run outreach for one company, qualify every reply against three checks, and hand over a named decision-maker. You pay for that qualified contact, not for the form fill.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  1. You tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. We tell you if your area is still open, and what each lead will cost you.

  3. If there isn't enough work near you to make it worth it, we tell you that too.

No hard sell. Nothing to sign on the call.
