Website terms of use

These terms cover your use of leadwharf.com. The website is informational. If you become a client, the terms of the LeadWharf service are agreed separately, in writing.

Updated

Effective date: September 26, 2026

These terms of use ("terms") apply to leadwharf.com (the "site"), operated by LeadWharf ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is informational

The site describes LeadWharf and its lead generation service for cleaning, janitorial and related companies. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation or a contract. Using the site, booking a call or emailing us does not create a client relationship.

Service terms are agreed in writing

If you decide to work with LeadWharf, the terms of the service, including the setup, the fee per qualified lead, the qualification checks, credits and your territory, are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. If anything on the site differs from that agreement, the written agreement governs.

No warranty on content

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but the content is provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only. We make no warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose. Guides, comparisons, calculators and market figures are general information, not business, legal, financial or tax advice. Information about other companies is based on public sources as of the date shown and may have changed since. Check anything important before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeadWharf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the LeadWharf name, belong to LeadWharf or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, or scrapes content in bulk for republication.

The site links to other websites, including sources we cite and services such as our booking provider. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Privacy

How we handle personal information collected through the site is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
