Book a call using the button on this page. Pick a time that suits you and the booking is confirmed straight away. If you would rather write first, email hello@leadwharf.com and a person will reply.

What should I have ready for the call?

Four things make the call useful:

  1. Your service area. The cities, ZIP or postal codes, counties or radius your crews can cover.
  2. The buildings you want. Offices, clinics, schools, warehouses, retail, property portfolios, or anything else.
  3. The smallest worthwhile job. The frequency and size that make it worth sending a crew.
  4. Your current capacity. Roughly how much new work your crews can take on right now.

You do not need to prepare a pitch. We learn that afterwards through a short form.

What happens on the call?

We agree your patch. We check whether your territory is already locked to another company, and if it is open, we look at what is in it with you: the density, the mix of buildings and how crowded the market is. We explain how the process runs, from building the sending setup to handing over qualified contacts. Then we give you the fee for your territory and answer whatever you ask.

If you decide to go ahead, the next step is the short pitch form. If you do not, nothing else happens.

Who will I speak to?

A person from LeadWharf who knows how the outreach, the qualifying and the pricing work, and who can answer questions about your territory on the spot. You will not be passed between departments, and nobody will ask you to sign anything on the call.

What if my question is quick?

Check the FAQ first. It covers what a lead contains, exclusivity, credits and the pricing model. Anything else, email hello@leadwharf.com.

Questions

Before you ask.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

How long is the call?

It is a short call. Long enough to agree your area, the buildings you want and the smallest worthwhile job, answer your questions, and give you the fee for your territory.

Do I have to commit to anything on the call?

No. The call is for finding out whether your area is open and what the fee is. If you decide to go ahead, there is a one-time setup, then a fee per qualified lead, with no contract.

Can I email instead of booking a call?

Yes. Write to hello@leadwharf.com with your service area and the buildings you want, and we will reply. Pricing is given on a call, because it depends on your territory.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  1. You tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. We tell you if your area is still open, and what each lead will cost you.

  3. If there isn't enough work near you to make it worth it, we tell you that too.

No hard sell. Nothing to sign on the call.
