Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Los Angeles, CA
Yes. LeadWharf sends Los Angeles cleaning companies exclusive leads from offices, studios, clinics, warehouses and schools that want a regular cleaner, each with the decision-maker's name and direct number. You choose the part of LA County you serve.
Los Angeles has no single downtown that dominates. Office space is split among a dozen centers from Santa Monica to Pasadena, and the freeway between them sets how far a crew can go at night. Most LA cleaning companies do best with a territory built around one side of the basin: the Westside, the Valley, the South Bay, the San Gabriel Valley or the downtown core.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Los Angeles
Downtown LA holds the Bunker Hill and Financial District towers, the courts and government buildings around Civic Center, and the Fashion and Arts districts. West of it, the Wilshire corridor runs through Koreatown and Miracle Mile to Beverly Hills and Century City, one of the densest office districts in the region. Santa Monica, Playa Vista and Culver City make up Silicon Beach, home to tech and streaming companies.
Entertainment shapes the north side. Burbank and Glendale house studio lots, post-production houses and media offices, and Hollywood still has soundstages and agencies. Healthcare runs through Cedars-Sinai, UCLA Health, Kaiser Permanente and the hospital cluster around USC's Health Sciences Campus in Boyle Heights, with UCLA and USC adding large campuses of their own.
To the south, the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach form the busiest port complex in the country, and the warehouses they feed stretch through Carson, Compton, Commerce and Vernon toward the Inland Empire. El Segundo, next to LAX, mixes aerospace offices with hotels and air cargo.
What changes through the year
LA's hard months are not about snow. Santa Ana winds in fall and winter blow dust and, in fire years, ash across the basin, and the January 2025 fires showed how fast offices and homes can need smoke and soot cleanup. The first rains after a dry summer bring mud to entryways and parking structures. Awards season and summer production schedules change when studios want deep cleans, and school contracts turn over before the August start.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only on the Westside or only in the San Fernando Valley?
Yes. Many LA companies pick one side of the basin so their crews are not stuck on the 405 at night. Your territory can be a set of cities or zip codes, and leads outside it are credited.
Do you cover Orange County along with Los Angeles?
Yes. Anaheim, Irvine and the rest of Orange County can be part of your area or a separate one. Orange County can be drawn in or left out, and that choice is yours.
Can the leads include studios and production offices?
Yes. Tell us you want studio lots, post-production houses or agency offices, and the frequency and size you work to. We look for the facilities or operations person who can sign.
