Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Dallas, TX
Yes. LeadWharf finds offices, clinics, warehouses and retail sites in Dallas and its northern suburbs that want a recurring cleaner, checks they mean it, and sends you the contact who signs. No one else gets that lead.
Dallas is corporate relocation country. Big employers have moved regional and national headquarters to Plano, Frisco, Irving and Richardson over the past two decades, and each campus brought suppliers, clinics, restaurants and office tenants behind it. That growth is spread along the Dallas North Tollway and the 635 loop, so a Dallas territory is usually a set of suburbs along those roads, with or without the city core.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Dallas
Downtown Dallas and Uptown are the traditional office core, with the Arts District and Victory Park at the edges. Uptown has taken much of the newer office building, while downtown keeps big bank and law firm towers. North along the Tollway, Preston Center and the Galleria area lead into the Legacy business district in Plano and the fast-built office and retail blocks of Frisco.
Irving's Las Colinas is its own corporate district, home to large company headquarters and back offices close to DFW Airport and Love Field. Richardson's Telecom Corridor still houses tech and telecom firms. On the medical side, the Southwestern Medical District near Love Field, with UT Southwestern and Parkland, is the region's big hospital cluster, and clinics follow the population north.
South Dallas County along I-20 and I-45 has become a major warehouse and distribution area, where big buildings need regular floor and restroom work. For a cleaning company, the choice is between dense office leads in the north and square footage in the southern logistics parks.
What changes through the year
North Texas spring is storm season. Hail and wind from March to June can break windows and soak carpets, which brings restoration and cleanup work. Summers are long and hot, so dust and heavy air conditioning use keep vents and filters busy. Winters are mostly mild but an occasional ice storm closes offices and leaves sand and grit on floors. Corporate budgets tend to reset in January, which is a good time for new contracts.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads just for the Dallas side of DFW, not Fort Worth?
Yes. Many companies want Dallas, Collin and Denton counties and nothing west of Grand Prairie. Your territory can stop wherever your crews stop.
Do you cover Plano, Frisco and McKinney?
Yes. The northern suburbs are where much of the new office and medical building is, and they can be all or part of your area. Only buildings inside the lines you draw count.
Can I get leads from corporate campuses in Las Colinas?
Yes. Tell us you want larger corporate or multi-tenant office buildings and the smallest job worth your time. We look for the facilities or office manager who can sign for the cleaning.
