Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Fort Worth, TX
Yes. We find Fort Worth and Tarrant County businesses that want a cleaning company on a regular schedule, confirm the need and the frequency, and send you the name and direct line of whoever signs off. That lead is not shared or resold.
Fort Worth grew faster than Dallas in recent years and has passed a million residents. Its commercial base leans toward aerospace, logistics and healthcare more than corporate towers, and its commercial buildings sit spread out across the county instead of stacked in a skyline. Warehouses in the north, hospitals just south of downtown, and a spread of suburbs toward Arlington and the Mid-Cities make up most of the work.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Fort Worth
AllianceTexas in far north Fort Worth is one of the largest industrial developments in the country, built around a cargo airport, a BNSF rail hub and a growing list of distribution and manufacturing tenants. Lockheed Martin's aeronautics plant on the west side and Bell's helicopter plants on the east side support a supplier base of machine shops and engineering offices, all of which need regular cleaning.
South of downtown, the Near Southside medical district holds Texas Health Harris Methodist, Cook Children's and Baylor Scott & White All Saints, with clinics and specialty offices around them. TCU sits a few miles southwest. Downtown Fort Worth around Sundance Square is a smaller office core with law firms, banks and hospitality.
East toward Dallas, Arlington brings the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadiums, the University of Texas at Arlington and a General Motors plant, while the Mid-Cities (Hurst, Euless, Bedford) and Grapevine near DFW Airport add office parks and hotels. The west side of the metroplex is a territory of its own, and a company based in Haltom City or Benbrook can build a full route without ever crossing into Dallas County.
What changes through the year
Spring storms matter here too: hail from March to June breaks skylights and soaks flat-roof warehouses, bringing restoration and carpet work. Hot, dusty summers wear on entryways and dock areas at big industrial sites. Arlington's event calendar (football in the fall, baseball through the summer) swells hotel and restaurant cleaning needs on game weekends. Schools in Tarrant County start in mid-August, so summer is when their cleaning gets rebid.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only in Tarrant County, with nothing in Dallas?
Yes. Fort Worth, Arlington and the Mid-Cities make a complete territory on their own. You draw the map and leads outside it are credited.
Do you find warehouse cleaning leads at AllianceTexas?
Yes. Industrial and distribution buildings are a common request in north Fort Worth. We look for the facility or operations manager who decides on the cleaning contract.
Can my area include Weatherford or Burleson?
Yes. Parker and Johnson County towns can go in your territory if your crews already cover them. A Weatherford lead still has to name the person who signs and confirm regular cleaning.
