Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in San Diego, CA

You can, and a lot of the demand here comes from buildings with strict standards. LeadWharf finds San Diego labs, offices, clinics and warehouses that want recurring cleaning, checks the need, and sends you the person who signs. Every lead is exclusive to you.

San Diego's economy rests on three legs that are unusual together: life sciences, the military and tourism. Each has its own buildings and its own buyers. A lab manager in Torrey Pines, a defense contractor's office manager in Kearny Mesa and a hotel operator on the waterfront want different things, and your territory and job types can reflect which of them you want to serve.

Where the cleaning contracts are in San Diego

The life science cluster around UC San Diego (Torrey Pines, Sorrento Valley, Sorrento Mesa and the UTC area) is one of the largest in the country. Lab and office buildings there need cleaning that respects controlled spaces, gowning areas and chemical storage, and they tend to hire companies who can prove they follow procedure.

The Navy and Marine Corps are the other major presence, with Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, MCAS Miramar and Camp Pendleton to the north. Defense contractors and engineering firms fill office parks in Kearny Mesa, Rancho Bernardo and Old Town. Downtown mixes offices with the Gaslamp Quarter, the convention center and Petco Park, and Mission Valley holds a second office and retail center.

North County cities such as Carlsbad and Oceanside have their own business parks, and Otay Mesa at the Mexican border is a large warehouse and cross-border logistics area. Healthcare runs through Scripps, Sharp, UC San Diego Health and Rady Children's.

What changes through the year

The weather is mild most of the year, so demand follows the calendar more than the sky. Summer tourism and Comic-Con in July fill downtown hotels and restaurants. May and June bring the coastal marine layer that San Diegans call May Gray and June Gloom, and damp mornings leave marks on glass and entry floors. Santa Ana winds in fall carry dust and occasional wildfire smoke inland. University and school terms shift campus cleaning in late summer.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Miss one and it is credited · No argument, no invoice to dispute

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Can I get leads from biotech labs in Sorrento Valley and Torrey Pines?

Yes. Lab and research buildings are a common San Diego request. Tell us the areas and procedures you work to, and each lead has to match them.

Can my territory be North County only, like Carlsbad and Oceanside?

Yes. North County makes a full territory on its own. You draw the lines and we keep leads inside them.

Do you cover the South Bay and Otay Mesa?

Yes. Chula Vista, National City and the Otay Mesa warehouse district can be part of your area. We find the manager at each building who decides on cleaning.
