Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Houston, TX
Yes, and Houston is a good place to want them. We find Houston offices, medical practices, plants and warehouses that want regular cleaning, confirm it in their own words, and send you the decision-maker's contact. Each lead is yours alone.
Houston has no zoning code, so commercial buildings turn up everywhere, and the metro spreads out further than almost any other in the country. That makes territory the first conversation. A crew in Katy and a crew in Pasadena might never serve the same client. We map your area by freeway and suburb, then keep your leads inside it.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Houston
Energy still sets the tone. Downtown and the Energy Corridor along I-10 west hold the headquarters and engineering offices of oil, gas and power companies, and the Ship Channel east of the city is lined with refineries, chemical plants and the contractors that serve them. Uptown around the Galleria is the other big office district, with Greenway Plaza, Westchase and the Post Oak corridor close by.
The Texas Medical Center, south of downtown, is among the largest medical complexes in the world, and its hospital systems have pushed clinics and specialty practices out into every suburb. Rice University and the University of Houston add campus work, while NASA's Johnson Space Center anchors the Clear Lake area.
On the freight side, Port Houston and the warehouses around it and along the Beltway make the city a major distribution market, and Bush Intercontinental Airport pulls logistics and office parks toward Greenspoint. North of town, The Woodlands has grown its own corporate campus scene. For a cleaning company, Houston rewards picking one or two of these clusters and going deep.
What changes through the year
Hurricane season runs June through November, and after a storm or a flood there is a rush for restoration, carpet extraction and mold cleanup in offices that took on water. The long, humid summer keeps mildew in restrooms and air vents on every facility manager's mind. Spring brings heavy oak pollen that coats entryways and windows. Winter is mild, so the busy cleaning calendar is set more by storms and school terms than by snow.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only inside the Beltway?
Yes. Inside the Beltway, inside the 610 Loop, or a set of suburbs like Katy and Cypress are all common territories. You set the lines and leads outside them are credited.
Do you cover the Texas Medical Center and medical offices?
Yes. Medical and dental leads are a normal request in Houston. Tell us the kinds of practices you clean and the standards you work to, and each lead must fit them.
Can I get leads from industrial sites on the Ship Channel?
Yes. Plant offices, warehouses and contractor yards along the Ship Channel and in Pasadena, Deer Park and La Porte can all be in your area. We find the site or facilities manager who hires the cleaners.
