Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in North Carolina

Yes. LeadWharf finds North Carolina offices, labs, clinics and plants that want a new commercial cleaner on a regular schedule, and sends each qualified contact to one company only. Charlotte, Raleigh and Durham, the Piedmont Triad and the military towns are all markets we can work.

North Carolina has added people every year since 2020, and it shows in the buildings. Charlotte keeps adding office towers and suburban campuses, the Research Triangle keeps adding labs, and new factories have gone up across the Piedmont. More buildings mean more contracts changing hands. We find the person who signs for a building, confirm they want regular cleaning at the size and frequency you set, and hand you the contact.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in North Carolina

Charlotte is a banking city. Bank of America and Truist are headquartered Uptown, and Wells Fargo has a large presence there too, which fills a dense cluster of office towers. SouthPark, Ballantyne and the University City area add suburban offices, and Atrium Health and Novant Health run hospitals and outpatient centers across the metro. Charlotte Douglas International Airport anchors warehouses and logistics along I-85. Property management firms run many of the larger buildings, so the property manager is usually the lead you want.

The Research Triangle combines state government, three major universities and a large life sciences cluster. Raleigh has the state capital, NC State and a growing downtown office market. Durham has Duke University and Duke Health, and Chapel Hill has UNC and UNC Health. Research Triangle Park, between them, holds labs, pharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate campuses. Lab and cleanroom work follows strict procedures, and those buyers value a crew that can document what it does.

The Piedmont Triad of Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point has manufacturing, logistics and medical centers, plus Toyota's battery plant near Liberty. Fayetteville is home to Fort Bragg, Jacksonville has Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, and Goldsboro has Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. Wilmington has a port and a film industry, and Asheville leans on tourism and health care. In 2023 North Carolina had 2,277 janitorial services establishments employing 31,655 people. A company that can pick one of these metros and serve it well has plenty of buildings to go after.

What changes through the year

Every spring, pine pollen coats the Piedmont in yellow dust for several weeks, and building managers call for window, entryway and HVAC cleaning. Summers are hot and humid. On the coast, hurricane season from June through November can bring flooding and cleanup work. The High Point Market, a major furniture trade show, fills the Triad twice a year, in April and October.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Miss one and it is credited · No argument, no invoice to dispute

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Can I get leads only in Research Triangle Park and Durham?

Yes. You can set your area to Durham County and RTP, or any mix of Triangle towns. Leads outside that area are credited.

Can a Charlotte territory include York County, South Carolina?

Yes. Many Charlotte companies also work Rock Hill and Fort Mill. Your area can cross the state line, and we check each lead against it.

Do you find leads near Fort Bragg?

Yes, if Fayetteville and Cumberland County are in your patch. Contractors, clinics and businesses around the post hire their own cleaners, and we look for the person who signs for each building.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  1. You tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. We tell you if your area is still open, and what each lead will cost you.

  3. If there isn't enough work near you to make it worth it, we tell you that too.

No hard sell. Nothing to sign on the call.
