Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Kansas City, MO
LeadWharf supplies exclusive commercial cleaning leads in Kansas City on the Missouri and Kansas sides. Each lead is a business inside your area that wants regular cleaning, and you get the person with authority to hire you.
Kansas City is one metro split between two states, and State Line Road runs right through the middle of it. Many of the region's largest office parks are on the Kansas side in Johnson County, while downtown, the airport and several of the big hospitals are in Missouri. Your territory can follow your crews rather than the border.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Kansas City
Downtown Kansas City, Missouri holds the Power and Light District, banks, law firms, federal offices and the convention center. Crown Center, just south, is Hallmark's headquarters complex with offices and hotels around it. The Crossroads Arts District has many creative and tech offices in converted warehouses. The Country Club Plaza further south mixes offices, shops and restaurants.
Across State Line, Overland Park's College Boulevard corridor is the metro's biggest suburban office market, with telecom firms, insurers, engineering firms and medical offices, and Lenexa and Olathe carry more corporate campuses and business parks. The University of Kansas Health System's main campus in Kansas City, Kansas, and Children's Mercy, Saint Luke's and HCA Midwest on the Missouri side make up a large healthcare base.
Logistics is a big part of the region. Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton, the Fairfax district, the Northland near Kansas City International Airport and the East Bottoms all hold warehouses and rail-served buildings. The Northland has also added large data center projects. For a cleaning company, a territory might follow I-435 around one side of the metro rather than trying to cover all of it. Kansas City traffic is light by big-city standards, but a crew based in Olathe still loses time driving to Liberty every night.
What changes through the year
Kansas City winters bring snow and ice from December to February, and salt and slush wear on entries and floors. Spring storms and hail can do real damage, and summers are hot and humid. Chiefs and Royals seasons bring crowds to the Truman Sports Complex, and the fall brings a steady run of conventions and events downtown.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Do you cover both the Missouri and Kansas sides of Kansas City?
Yes. The metro is one market to us. The border does not decide your territory; your drive times do.
Can I focus on Johnson County only?
Yes. Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe and Leawood hold a large share of the metro's offices and medical buildings. Johnson County on its own can be your whole territory.
Are there warehouse cleaning leads around Edgerton and the Northland?
Yes. Both areas have large logistics buildings. Tell us the size of job your crew wants and we find operations managers looking for a regular cleaner.
