Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Baltimore, MD
Baltimore cleaning companies can get exclusive commercial cleaning leads from LeadWharf across the city and its counties, from the Inner Harbor to Columbia and Hunt Valley. Every lead wants regular cleaning and comes with the person who signs.
Baltimore's biggest employers are hospitals and universities, and that sets the tone for its cleaning market. Johns Hopkins alone runs a medical campus in East Baltimore and a university campus at Homewood, and the University of Maryland's medical center sits downtown. Around them are the offices, federal agencies and port businesses that make up the rest of the region.

Where the cleaning contracts are in Baltimore
Downtown and the Inner Harbor hold the city's office towers, with law firms, financial firms and government offices, plus the convention center and stadiums. Harbor East and Harbor Point have added newer office towers and hotels on the water. The University of Maryland, Baltimore campus and its medical center cover a large part of the west side of downtown.
Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Bayview campus anchor East Baltimore and Southeast, with research buildings, clinics and support offices around them. MedStar, LifeBridge and the University of Maryland Medical System run hospitals across the region. The Social Security Administration's headquarters in Woodlawn and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services add a large federal office presence west of the city.
The suburbs hold most of the region's office parks. Towson, Hunt Valley and Owings Mills in Baltimore County, and Columbia in Howard County, carry regional offices, defense and tech firms, and medical buildings. The BWI Airport corridor in Anne Arundel County sits close to Fort Meade and has many defense and government contractor offices. The Port of Baltimore adds warehouses and logistics yards in the southeast.
What changes through the year
Baltimore summers are hot and humid, so restrooms and entries need more attention from June through September. Winter snow is uneven, but a single storm brings salt and slush into every lobby. Spring pollen and fall leaves add dusting and entry work. College terms at Hopkins, Loyola, Towson and UMBC drive move-in cleaning in late August, and Orioles and Ravens home games bring event cleanup near the stadiums.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Do Baltimore leads include Howard and Anne Arundel counties?
Yes. Columbia, Ellicott City, Linthicum and Glen Burnie are part of the metro. Columbia in particular has a large base of offices and medical buildings off Route 29.
Can I get leads from government contractors near Fort Meade?
Yes. The BWI and Fort Meade corridor has many contractor offices. We look for the facilities or office manager who decides on cleaning, not the front desk.
Can I target medical offices around the Hopkins campuses?
Yes. Beyond the hospitals themselves, there are many clinics, specialist practices and research offices nearby. Tell us you want medical work and we find the practice or facilities manager.
