Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in New Orleans, LA

LeadWharf finds New Orleans offices, clinics and venues that want a regular cleaner and sends you the person who decides. Leads cover Orleans and Jefferson parishes and beyond, and each goes to one company only.

New Orleans runs on visitors, healthcare and the port. The French Quarter and the convention center bring visitors all year, the Medical District holds several major hospitals, and the Mississippi River keeps shipping and energy companies in town. Each brings buildings with steady cleaning needs, and a calendar unlike any other American city.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in New Orleans

The Central Business District holds the city's office towers, including Entergy's headquarters, law firms, oil and gas companies and government offices. The Warehouse District next door has converted buildings with offices, galleries and restaurants, and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center runs along the river. The Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center sit on the edge of the CBD.

The New Orleans BioDistrict and Medical District hold University Medical Center, the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System's hospital, Tulane Medical Center and LSU Health's schools. Ochsner Health, the region's largest health system, runs its main campus on Jefferson Highway and clinics across the metro. Tulane and Loyola universities are Uptown.

Metairie, in Jefferson Parish, has the metro's main suburban office market along Causeway Boulevard and Veterans Boulevard, with Elmwood's business park nearby. The Port of New Orleans, the Almonaster industrial corridor and the West Bank add warehouses and marine businesses. Across Lake Pontchartrain, Mandeville and Covington on the Northshore have many medical and professional offices. The Causeway bridge makes the Northshore its own market, so most crews pick one side of the lake and build their route there.

What changes through the year

Mardi Gras season runs from Twelfth Night in January to Fat Tuesday, and parade routes leave glitter, beads and crowds in every building along them. Jazz Fest fills late April and early May. Hurricane season runs June to November, and storms can bring flooding, water damage and long cleanup. The heat and humidity make mold and mildew a constant concern, so HVAC areas, restrooms and carpets need regular attention.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Do New Orleans leads include Metairie and Kenner?

Yes. Jefferson Parish holds much of the metro's suburban office space. Metairie, Kenner and Elmwood are a natural patch for companies based on the east bank.

Can I get leads on the Northshore?

Yes. Mandeville, Covington and Slidell have many medical and professional offices. Add the Northshore to your service area if your crews cross the lake.

Are there leads for venues and restaurants in the French Quarter?

Yes. Restaurants, bars, hotels and event spaces need regular cleaning, and many of them hire outside crews. We find the owner or general manager who decides.
