Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Louisville, KY

LeadWharf finds Louisville offices, clinics, plants and warehouses that want a regular cleaner and gives you the named decision-maker. Each lead is exclusive, and your area stays yours while you are with us.

Louisville sits where package delivery, healthcare and bourbon meet. UPS Worldport, the company's global air hub, sits at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, and Humana has long been headquartered downtown. Add two big Ford plants, a large hospital district and the distilleries along the Bourbon Trail, and the city has a wider mix of commercial buildings than its size suggests.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in Louisville

Downtown along Main Street and Fourth Street holds Humana's offices, banks, law firms and the Kentucky International Convention Center, with hotels and restaurants around it. Just east, the downtown Medical Center has UofL Health's University Hospital, Norton Hospital and Norton Children's, plus the University of Louisville health sciences campus. Baptist Health and Norton run more hospitals and clinics across the suburbs.

The Hurstbourne Parkway corridor in eastern Jefferson County is the city's main suburban office market, with regional offices, insurers and medical practices near I-64 and I-264. The Highlands and St. Matthews add smaller offices and retail. The University of Louisville's main Belknap campus sits south of downtown, near Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Industry is spread around the airport and the south end. Ford's Louisville Assembly Plant and Kentucky Truck Plant employ thousands, and the area around Worldport is dense with logistics buildings. Across the Ohio River, River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana has grown into a large industrial park. For a cleaning company, that makes Louisville a good market for mixing office routes with plant and warehouse work.

What changes through the year

Derby season is Louisville's busiest stretch. The two weeks of the Kentucky Derby Festival before the first Saturday in May fill hotels, venues and offices with visitors and events. Spring storms and Ohio River flooding can bring water and mud into low-lying buildings. Summers are hot and humid, and winter snow and ice bring salt and slush into lobbies for a few weeks each year.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Do Louisville leads include southern Indiana?

Yes. Jeffersonville, Clarksville and New Albany are part of the Louisville metro. The bridges are quick, and River Ridge alone holds enough industrial space to anchor a route.

Can I get leads near UPS Worldport and the airport?

Yes. The airport area has many logistics and freight buildings with offices and break areas that need regular cleaning. Give us the building size your crew can take on, and we look for sites at that scale.

Can my territory be just the Hurstbourne and East End offices?

Yes. The East End has a dense run of offices and medical practices, and it works well as a single territory. Short hops between buildings along Hurstbourne make nightly routes easy to run.
