Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Indianapolis, IN

Indianapolis cleaning companies get exclusive janitorial leads from LeadWharf: a business inside your service area, a need for regular cleaning, and a decision-maker with a direct line. Choose downtown, the northern suburbs, the airport warehouses, or a mix.

Indy is a crossroads city. Several interstates meet here, and that has made the metro one of the Midwest's biggest distribution markets. It is also a state capital, a pharmaceutical headquarters town and a convention city. Each of those brings a different kind of building, and the janitors' count from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows how much cleaning work runs through it.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in Indianapolis

Downtown's Mile Square holds the state government complex, the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Elevance Health's headquarters and a long list of law and accounting firms. Eli Lilly's headquarters and its expanding campus sit just south of downtown. Indiana University's Indianapolis campus and IU Health's hospitals add a large health and education cluster on the near west side.

North of the city, the office market runs up Meridian Street and US 31 into Carmel and along I-69 into Fishers and Noblesville. Keystone at the Crossing and the Carmel City Center hold regional offices, insurance firms and medical practices. These suburbs have grown fast and new buildings keep opening, often with owners who are picking a cleaner for the first time.

The warehouse belt is huge. Plainfield, Whitestown, Greenwood and the area around Indianapolis International Airport, where FedEx runs one of its largest hubs, are packed with distribution centers for retailers and parcel carriers. Those buildings need offices, restrooms and break areas cleaned on a steady schedule. A cleaning company with a crew that works nights can build a strong route out of a few of them.

What changes through the year

Indianapolis gets real winter, with snow and ice from December into March and salt caked into entry carpets. May is race month, when the Indianapolis 500 brings crowds to the Speedway and west side. The convention calendar matters too: the NFL Scouting Combine in late winter and Gen Con in summer fill downtown hotels, restaurants and event spaces, and building managers look for extra help around those weeks.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Miss one and it is credited · No argument, no invoice to dispute

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Do you cover Hamilton County suburbs like Carmel and Fishers?

Yes. Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield can all sit inside your territory. We confirm every lead's address is within the map you give us.

Can I get warehouse cleaning leads around the Indianapolis airport?

Yes. Plainfield, Whitestown and the airport corridor have some of the largest distribution buildings in the state. Tell us the scope your crew handles and we find sites that want regular cleaning.

Are downtown Indianapolis offices a good target?

They can be, especially law, insurance and healthcare offices near the state government complex. You get the office manager or facilities lead who signs, not the front desk.
