Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Columbus, OH
Yes. LeadWharf finds Columbus area offices, medical practices, warehouses and data centers that want a recurring cleaner, checks they want it at your frequency, and sends you the person who signs. Nobody else in Columbus gets the same contact.
Columbus is Ohio's largest city and its capital, and unlike many Midwest cities it has kept growing. State government, Ohio State University and a string of corporate headquarters give it a steady base, while data centers and logistics have added new buildings on the edges. For a cleaning company, it is a market with a lot of new construction and tenants still picking vendors.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Columbus
Downtown Columbus has the Statehouse, state agencies, courts and corporate offices, including Nationwide's headquarters. The Short North and Arena District add smaller offices, hotels and restaurants. Ohio State University, a few miles north, is one of the largest campuses in the country, and its Wexner Medical Center, along with OhioHealth and Nationwide Children's Hospital, fills much of the healthcare market.
The suburbs hold the big office parks. Dublin has corporate headquarters such as Cardinal Health and Wendy's, Polaris in the north has large financial and insurance campuses, and Easton on the east side mixes offices and retail. New Albany has become a major data center area, with Meta, Google and Amazon among the operators, and Intel's chip plant project sits just to the east in Licking County.
South of the city, Rickenbacker International Airport and its surrounding parks form a large logistics district, and Grove City and Groveport add more warehouses. Worthington, Westerville and Hilliard have steady medical and office demand. For a cleaning company, Columbus rewards a territory drawn around one quadrant of the I-270 outerbelt, since the loop makes crossing from Dublin to Easton at night a long drive.
What changes through the year
Columbus winters bring snow, ice and road salt from December to March, which means more floor care and entrance matting in offices and schools. Spring pollen and summer humidity bring their own cleaning needs. Ohio State football fills the campus area and downtown on fall Saturdays, and the university's semesters set the rhythm for nearby buildings. The state budget cycle affects government office spending.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only in Dublin and the northwest suburbs?
Yes. Dublin, Hilliard and Upper Arlington make a common Columbus territory. If a lead turns up in Grove City when your line stops at Hilliard, it is credited.
Do you find leads at data centers in New Albany?
Yes. Data centers and the offices around them are part of the Columbus market. Tell us the procedures you follow and each lead must fit them.
Can my territory include Delaware County and Westerville?
Yes. The northern suburbs can be part of your area if your crews go there. Delaware County buildings are held to exactly the standard a downtown lead is.
