Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Ohio
Yes. LeadWharf finds janitorial and commercial cleaning leads across Ohio, from the office parks of Columbus to the hospital systems of Cleveland and the corporate towers of Cincinnati. Each lead is exclusive to one company, and you pay per qualified lead.
Ohio is really three big metros and a string of strong mid-sized cities, all within a few hours of each other on I-71 and I-70. That shape suits a cleaning company well: you can hold a tight territory around one metro and still find enough buildings to fill your crews. You tell us the counties you cover, the building types you want and how often they should need cleaning. We find the facility managers and owners who decide, confirm they want recurring service, and hand you the contact with a direct line.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Ohio
Healthcare is the anchor in much of the state. Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals run large campuses in Northeast Ohio, Cincinnati Children's and UC Health sit in Cincinnati, and Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center is in Columbus. Around every big hospital there is a ring of outpatient clinics, imaging centers, dental groups and physical therapy offices. Those smaller buildings are where most independent cleaning companies win steady nightly work, because they need a specified standard and rarely have in-house staff.
Columbus has grown fastest of the three metros. State government, Ohio State University and insurers like Nationwide fill downtown and the north side with offices, and the New Albany area east of the city has become a cluster of data centers and advanced manufacturing sites. Cincinnati is headquarters country, with Procter & Gamble and Kroger downtown and suburban office parks up I-71 toward Mason. Dayton adds Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the contractors that orbit it.
Manufacturing and logistics still matter too. Toledo, Akron, Canton and the Rickenbacker area south of Columbus carry plants, warehouses and distribution centers where floor care and breakroom cleaning are ongoing needs. When you pick a territory in Ohio, the useful question is less about which city is bigger and more about which mix of buildings you can staff well. A company built on medical cleaning will find a different map than one that runs overnight warehouse crews.
What changes through the year
Winter decides a lot of Ohio floor work. Lake-effect snow hits the Snowbelt east of Cleveland hardest, and road salt comes indoors across the whole state from November to March, so entry mats, stripping and refinishing, and extra lobby passes become part of the contract. Spring is when many facility managers rebid after a rough winter. Campus buildings at Ohio State, Cincinnati and Kent State follow the academic calendar, with deep cleans in summer and around the winter break.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only in Northeast Ohio, not Columbus or Cincinnati?
Yes. You draw the service area, so a territory can be Cuyahoga, Summit and Lake counties and nothing else. Every lead we send has to sit inside that boundary, or it is credited.
I clean in Cincinnati and across the river in Northern Kentucky. Can one territory cover both?
Yes. Territories follow where your crews actually drive, not state lines, so Hamilton County and the Kentucky suburbs can sit in one area. It is locked to you while you are with us.
Is there enough medical cleaning work in Ohio to fill a territory?
Ohio's large hospital systems support a wide spread of clinics, dental offices and outpatient centers, especially around Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati. Tell us on the call that medical is the focus, and we target those buildings and the people who sign for them.
