Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Pennsylvania
Yes. LeadWharf finds exclusive janitorial and commercial cleaning leads throughout Pennsylvania: Philadelphia and its suburbs, Pittsburgh, the Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg and the I-81 corridor, and the smaller cities in between. Each lead goes to one company, and you pay per qualified lead.
Pennsylvania is a wide state with two very different big cities at either end and a lot of commercial property in the middle. A company based in King of Prussia and one based in Cranberry Township are not competing for the same buildings, so we treat each part of the state as its own set of territories. You tell us the counties and building types you want, and we find the owners, office managers and facility directors there who want regular cleaning and can sign for it.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Pennsylvania
Philadelphia is dominated by education and healthcare. University City packs the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, Penn Medicine and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia into a few blocks, while Center City holds the law firms, insurers and corporate offices. The suburban counties add dense office parks in King of Prussia, Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting and the Route 202 corridor, plus a long list of medical practices, private schools and senior living communities along the Main Line.
Pittsburgh has rebuilt around UPMC, the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon, with robotics and software offices in the Strip District and Lawrenceville and corporate towers in the Golden Triangle. The northern suburbs around Cranberry and the Southpointe office park to the south carry newer office and medical buildings.
Between the two, the Lehigh Valley around Allentown and Bethlehem and the Harrisburg, Carlisle and Chambersburg stretch of I-81 hold some of the largest concentrations of warehouses and distribution centers in the Northeast, because trucks from those corridors reach a large share of the East Coast within a day. State government in Harrisburg, Penn State in State College, and hospital systems like Geisinger in the northeast round out the picture. A cleaning company here can build a territory on offices, medical, or big-box industrial, and each looks very different on the map.
What changes through the year
Pennsylvania winters are long, and the snow belt near Erie and the higher ground of the northern tier get the worst of it. Salt and slush on floors keep hard floor care and carpet extraction busy from December to March. The academic calendar shapes a lot of work, since Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have dozens of colleges that schedule deep cleans over summer and winter breaks. Warehouses ramp up ahead of the holiday shipping peak each fall.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only in the Philadelphia suburbs, not the city?
Yes. Your territory can be Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties and leave Philadelphia County out entirely. Every lead we send is for a building inside the lines you draw.
Do you target warehouses in the Lehigh Valley and along I-81?
Yes. If your crews handle large industrial floors, breakrooms and offices inside distribution buildings, we look for the site and operations managers who buy that cleaning. We confirm they want it on a recurring schedule before you get the contact.
Does one Pittsburgh territory include Ohio and West Virginia suburbs?
It can. Pittsburgh's commuter area crosses state lines, and we draw your area around the places your crews can reach, wherever the border falls.
