Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Delaware
Yes. You can get exclusive janitorial and commercial cleaning leads anywhere in Delaware, from Wilmington and Newark down through Dover to Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Each lead sits inside your area, wants regular cleaning, and names the person who decides.
Delaware is small, but its three counties feel very different. New Castle County in the north is a corporate and banking market tied to the Philadelphia region. Kent County centers on state government and Dover Air Force Base. Sussex County is farms, poultry and beach resorts. A cleaning company here usually covers one or two of those, and we build the territory around whichever you serve.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Delaware
Wilmington's business district and the office parks along Concord Pike and in the Christiana area house large credit card and banking operations, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Capital One, along with law firms, registered agent companies and the corporate offices that follow Delaware's business law. These are good janitorial accounts: large, professional offices on fixed nightly schedules. ChristianaCare's hospital campuses in Newark and Wilmington add a big medical footprint, and the University of Delaware in Newark, including its STAR Campus, adds education and research buildings.
Dover is the state capital, so agency offices, courts and legislative buildings are part of the mix, along with Dover Air Force Base and the speedway and casino complex. Further south, Sussex County's economy leans on poultry processing, agriculture and a fast-growing retirement and resort population along the coast, which has brought new medical offices and retail centers.
Delaware had 279 janitorial services establishments in 2023 and 7,980 janitors and cleaners in May 2023. That is a small field of competitors for a state with three distinct markets. A company that can reliably serve Kent or Sussex County may find less competition than it expects.
What changes through the year
Beach season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, fills hotels, rentals and restaurants in Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Bethany, and those businesses want reliable turnover and nightly cleaning while it lasts. Winter nor'easters bring snow and salt to the north. Tax-free shopping keeps Christiana Mall and the retail around it busy through the holiday season, which means extra wear on floors and restrooms from November to January.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads for Wilmington and the Pennsylvania side of the line?
Your territory can cross the state line if your crews cover it. We draw the area around where you actually work, such as Wilmington plus Chadds Ford and Kennett Square, and check each lead against that line.
Is there enough work in Sussex County?
Sussex County has medical offices, retail, schools, processing plants and resort businesses that buy regular cleaning. We review the building stock in your area on the first call and give you an honest view of what it supports.
Can a Dover company cover all of Kent County?
Yes. Dover, Smyrna, Camden and Milford can sit in one territory. It is locked to you for as long as you are with us.
