Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Orlando, FL

Yes. We find Orlando area hotels, offices, clinics, schools and warehouses that want regular cleaning, confirm the scope, and send you the decision-maker's direct contact. Each lead goes to one company only.

Orlando is one of the most visited places in the country, and the theme parks, hotels, restaurants and convention halls shape the whole economy. But there is a lot more here than tourism. Simulation and training for the military, a new medical district at Lake Nona and fast suburban growth have added offices, labs and clinics that need cleaning on steady schedules.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in Orlando

The tourism corridor runs southwest of downtown: Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Universal Orlando and its Epic Universe park that opened in 2025, SeaWorld, International Drive and the Orange County Convention Center. Hotels, timeshares, restaurants and attractions along this strip need daily and nightly cleaning, much of it handled by outside contractors.

Downtown Orlando holds city and county government, law firms, banks and the Kia Center. The Central Florida Research Park next to the University of Central Florida is a center for military simulation and training, with defense contractors and government offices. Lake Nona Medical City, in the southeast, includes a VA medical center, Nemours Children's Hospital and UCF's College of Medicine.

Healthcare also comes through AdventHealth and Orlando Health, which run hospitals and clinics across the region. Maitland and Altamonte Springs have office parks to the north, and the areas around Orlando International Airport and along the Florida Turnpike have become busy warehouse districts. Winter Park, just north of downtown, has its own small office market of law firms, advisers and medical practices. For a cleaning company, the choice is often between the high-volume hospitality corridor and the steadier office and medical work north and east of downtown.

What changes through the year

Hurricane season (June to November) brings wind and water damage risk, plus afternoon thunderstorms most summer days. Tourism peaks around summer vacation, spring break and the winter holidays, and big conventions at the Orange County Convention Center create short bursts of heavy cleaning demand. Humidity and heat keep mold and restrooms on every manager's list, and schools start in early August.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Miss one and it is credited · No argument, no invoice to dispute
