Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Jacksonville, FL
Yes. LeadWharf finds Jacksonville offices, medical practices, warehouses and schools that want recurring cleaning, confirms they want it at your frequency, and sends you the name and direct line of the person who signs. Only you receive that lead.
Jacksonville merged with Duval County in 1968, so the city limits take in a huge area, from the beaches to the Westside and up to the port. By Census estimates, its metro grew about 11 percent from 2020 to 2025, one of the fastest rates among large metros. New offices, clinics and warehouses have followed, especially in the south toward St. Johns County.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Jacksonville
Downtown on both sides of the St. Johns River holds banks, insurers, law firms and government offices, with Florida Blue's headquarters and the Duval County courthouse among them. Most of the office space, though, is on the Southside: the Deerwood, Baymeadows and Butler Boulevard office parks house back offices and regional headquarters for financial, insurance and healthcare companies.
Healthcare is large. Mayo Clinic's Florida campus near the beaches, Baptist Health, UF Health Jacksonville and Ascension St. Vincent's fill a lot of medical office buildings. The Navy is a big presence too, with Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport, and nearby contractors and services.
On the north and west sides, JAXPORT's marine terminals on Blount Island and at Dames Point, the Cecil Commerce Center and the I-10 and I-295 corridors have become a major warehouse and distribution area. St. Johns Town Center and the newer growth in Nocatee and Ponte Vedra add retail, medical offices and schools. Because the city is so spread out, a Jacksonville territory drawn around one or two of these clusters usually beats one drawn around the whole county line.
What changes through the year
Hurricane season runs June through November, and even a storm that passes offshore can bring flooding and wind damage that calls for water cleanup and carpet work. Summer afternoons bring heavy rain and high humidity, so mold and mildew are a constant concern in restrooms and vents. Spring pollen from pines and oaks coats entrances and windows. Winters are mild, and school and navy schedules shape demand through the year.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads only on Jacksonville's Southside?
Yes. The Southside office parks are a common territory on their own. You draw the area and leads outside it are credited.
Does a Jacksonville territory include St. Johns County?
It can. Ponte Vedra, Nocatee and St. Augustine can be added if your crews go there. A St. Augustine lead needs the same named decision-maker and recurring schedule as one downtown.
Can I target warehouses near the port and Cecil Commerce Center?
Yes. Tell us you want distribution and industrial buildings and your smallest worthwhile job. We find the facility or operations manager who decides on cleaning.
