Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Calgary, AB
Yes. LeadWharf sends exclusive commercial cleaning and janitorial leads in Calgary. You choose the area, whether that is the downtown core and the Beltline, Quarry Park and the southeast industrial districts, or the business parks around the airport, and we deliver the decision-maker who wants regular cleaning.
Calgary is a head office city. Downtown holds one of the largest concentrations of office towers in Canada, built for the energy industry and linked by the Plus 15 skywalk network. The Beltline, just south, mixes offices, clinics, restaurants and residential towers. Beyond the core, Calgary's suburban office parks, industrial districts and airport lands hold logistics, manufacturing and energy services companies. The city has also been funding the conversion of older downtown office buildings to housing and other uses, which brings post-construction and new building cleaning with it.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Calgary
The 2021 Census counted 1,306,784 people in the City of Calgary and 1,481,806 in the Calgary metro area. Statistics Canada's December 2025 business register lists 57,897 business locations with employees in the city and 1,456 services-to-buildings locations with employees across the metro, including janitorial, window, carpet, pest control and landscaping firms. The City of Calgary reports that its Downtown Office Conversion Program is supporting 21 projects converting 2.68 million square feet of office space.
The buildings vary by quadrant. Downtown and the Beltline carry energy, finance and law offices, plus the tenants that have moved into newly converted and refreshed towers. Quarry Park and the southeast industrial areas such as Foothills and Great Plains hold corporate campuses, warehouses and oilfield services shops. The northeast, around Calgary International Airport, is the city's logistics and distribution zone. The Foothills Medical Centre, the University of Calgary and the University District add health and education buyers in the northwest, and Stampede Park draws events year round.
For a cleaning company, Calgary's ring roads make a larger area workable, but the downtown core is dense enough to fill routes on its own. Your area is locked to you while you are with us.
What changes through the year
Calgary winters are cold, but chinook winds can melt the snow in a day and freeze it again the next, so salt, gravel and slush cycle through lobbies and Plus 15 walkways all winter. Spring is floor refinishing season and the time to clear winter grit from parking garages. The Calgary Stampede in early July brings ten days of events, crowds and extra hospitality cleaning, and the university year starts in September.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.
RequiredQuestions
Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get leads for downtown and the Beltline only?
Yes. Your area can be the downtown core and the Beltline, a set of quadrants, or the whole city. Every lead must sit inside it.
Do you reach converted office buildings downtown?
Yes. We can aim your campaign at the owners and property managers of buildings being converted or refreshed, for post-construction cleans and the regular contracts that follow.
Can my area include Airdrie, Cochrane or Chestermere?
Yes. If your crews service surrounding towns, they can be added to your territory and locked to you.
