Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Idaho

Yes. LeadWharf finds exclusive janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Idaho, with most of the work in the Treasure Valley around Boise, and more in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls and Coeur d'Alene. Every lead is in your area, wants recurring cleaning, and names the person who signs off.

Idaho's cities are separated by long drives through farmland and mountains. Boise to Coeur d'Alene is a full day's round trip, and the north of the state looks toward Spokane more than Boise. So cleaning companies here work one region, and we set your territory around the valley or city where your crews already go.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in Idaho

The Treasure Valley has grown quickly. Downtown Boise and the BoDo district hold state agency offices, law and accounting firms, and the headquarters of companies such as Albertsons and Micron. Micron is building a large new memory chip fab next to its Boise campus, which is drawing construction trades, suppliers and new office demand. Meridian and Eagle have filled with medical offices, retail and new business parks, and Nampa and Caldwell add manufacturing and food processing. St. Luke's and Saint Alphonsus run the region's main hospital systems.

In eastern Idaho, Idaho National Laboratory is the dominant employer, with offices in Idaho Falls and a large desert site to the west, served by a network of contractors. Pocatello has Idaho State University. Twin Falls and the Magic Valley are food processing country, with large dairy and yogurt plants. In the north, Coeur d'Alene mixes resort tourism with medical and professional offices, and Moscow has the University of Idaho. Mountain Home Air Force Base sits southeast of Boise.

Idaho had 659 janitorial services establishments in 2023 and 12,010 janitors and cleaners in May 2023. The market is growing, and new buildings in Meridian and Nampa mean new tenants choosing a cleaning company for the first time.

What changes through the year

Winters bring snow and de-icer to entryways from November into March, especially in the north and the mountains. Ski season lifts demand at Sun Valley, Bogus Basin and Schweitzer resorts. Late summer wildfire smoke often drifts into the Treasure Valley and the north, raising the need for filter changes and dusting. The fall potato and sugar beet harvest keeps processing plants in eastern and southern Idaho running at full pace.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Can I get leads for Boise and Meridian only?

Yes. Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Garden City can make up one territory. Leads outside it, such as Nampa or Caldwell, only come to you if you add them.

Do you cover Idaho Falls and the national lab contractors?

Yes. Idaho Falls can be its own territory, and outreach can focus on the offices and contractors around Idaho National Laboratory. You get the person who approves cleaning.

Can a Coeur d'Alene company also cover Spokane?

Yes. Your territory can cross into Washington if your crews do. We draw it around the area you serve and check each lead against it.

What happens on the 30-minute call

  1. You tell us your area, the buildings you want, and the smallest job worth sending a crew to.

  2. We tell you if your area is still open, and what each lead will cost you.

  3. If there isn't enough work near you to make it worth it, we tell you that too.

No hard sell. Nothing to sign on the call.
