Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Nevada

Yes. LeadWharf finds Nevada property managers, office managers and site leads who want a new commercial cleaner on a regular schedule, and sends each one to a single company. Southern Nevada around Las Vegas and northern Nevada around Reno are the two markets that matter.

Nevada splits cleanly in two. Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas hold most of the population and most of the commercial square footage, driven by resorts, conventions and the offices and medical buildings that serve a fast-growing metro. Reno, Sparks and the industrial park east of them run on logistics, manufacturing and data centers. Most cleaning companies work one side or the other, and we build your leads around the side you serve.

Where the cleaning contracts are in Nevada

Las Vegas is known for the Strip, but the cleaning work is broader than casinos. The Las Vegas Convention Center and the resort meeting space around it host trade shows all year, and exhibitors, vendors and event firms rent offices and warehouses nearby. Summerlin and Henderson have suburban office parks, medical office buildings, schools and retail centers. The southwest valley along the 215 Beltway has filled with flex, warehouse and distribution space. Many of these buildings are managed by commercial property firms, so the property manager is the person to reach.

Health care and government add steady demand in southern Nevada. Hospitals and clinics run by several systems serve the valley, and UNLV, the College of Southern Nevada and Clark County agencies occupy a lot of space. Nellis Air Force Base in North Las Vegas is one of the Air Force's major training and testing installations, with contractors and support offices nearby. Harry Reid International Airport brings its own ring of hotels, rental car facilities and cargo buildings.

Northern Nevada has grown into a logistics and manufacturing center. The Tahoe Reno Industrial Center in Storey County holds Tesla's Gigafactory Nevada, large Walmart and Home Depot distribution centers and a cluster of data centers. Reno and Sparks have downtown casinos, the University of Nevada, Reno, and hospital systems, and Carson City has the state capital. In 2023 Nevada had 803 janitorial services establishments employing 9,842 people. Industrial sites and data centers often want a vendor who can meet a written scope, and those buyers are worth chasing.

What changes through the year

Southern Nevada summers are extremely hot and dry, and fine desert dust gets into lobbies, vents and warehouse floors year round, with windstorms making it worse in spring. Convention traffic follows the trade show calendar, with CES filling Las Vegas every January. In the north, Reno sees real winter snow and Lake Tahoe ski traffic, so salt and slush become an issue that the south never deals with.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Miss one and it is credited · No argument, no invoice to dispute

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Can I get leads only in Henderson and Summerlin?

Yes. You can draw your area around those suburbs and leave out the Strip. Any lead outside that area is credited.

Do you find leads at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center?

Yes, if Storey County is in your patch. Warehouses, plants and data centers there buy regular cleaning, and we look for the site or facilities manager who can sign.

Are casino and resort leads available in Las Vegas?

Resorts, casinos and the businesses around them hire contract cleaners for offices, garages, back of house and specialty work. We qualify each one against your frequency and job size before it reaches you.
