Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Newfoundland and Labrador
Yes. LeadWharf sends exclusive janitorial and commercial cleaning leads across Newfoundland and Labrador. Most of the work is on the Avalon Peninsula around St. John's, and we also run campaigns for Corner Brook, Gander, Grand Falls-Windsor, Happy Valley-Goose Bay and Labrador City. You set the area, and each lead is a decision-maker who wants regular cleaning.
The province is large and its buildings are clustered. St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise and Conception Bay South form one continuous market holding the provincial government, Memorial University, the main hospitals and the offshore oil industry's offices and supply bases. Across the island, regional centers along the Trans-Canada Highway serve wide areas, and in Labrador, mining towns and the Goose Bay base carry their own demand. A territory here is usually drawn around the Avalon first.

Where the cleaning contracts are in Newfoundland and Labrador
Statistics Canada counts 114 janitorial service locations with employees in Newfoundland and Labrador in its December 2025 business register, and 19,013 business locations with employees overall. The 2021 Census counted 510,550 people in the province, with 212,579 in the St. John's metro area. That means a company based in St. John's can reach about four in ten of the province's residents, and a larger share of its commercial buildings, within a short drive.
The buyers in St. John's are a mix of public and private. Provincial government departments, the health authority, Memorial University and the College of the North Atlantic run large building portfolios. The offshore oil sector keeps offices and supply bases around the harbor and in Mount Pearl's industrial parks, and retail and office growth has followed Kenmount Road and the Stavanger Drive area. Outside the capital, Corner Brook has a paper mill, a university campus and a regional hospital, and Labrador City and Wabush depend on iron ore mining.
For a cleaning company, the Avalon is the core and the rest of the province is a set of separate regional markets. We lock each area you choose to you alone.
What changes through the year
Newfoundland winters bring heavy snow, freezing rain and strong wind, and a major storm can shut St. John's down for days, as the January 2020 blizzard did. From December to April floors take salt, grit and meltwater, and spring brings a push to strip and refinish floors and wash windows. Summer tourism and the iceberg and whale season lift restaurant and hotel cleaning on the Avalon, and the university calendar drives deep cleans in late August.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can my territory be the whole Avalon Peninsula?
Yes. You can hold St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South and the towns beyond as one area, locked to you while you are with us.
Do you find leads in Labrador?
Yes. Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador City and Wabush each have offices, health facilities and industrial sites that need cleaning, and we can run campaigns there.
Can you reach buyers in the offshore oil sector?
Yes. Operators and service companies keep offices, warehouses and supply bases around St. John's and Mount Pearl, and we can aim your campaign at the people who manage those buildings.
