Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in New Hampshire

Yes. LeadWharf finds New Hampshire offices, plants, medical practices and retailers that want a commercial cleaner on a regular schedule, and sends each qualified contact to one company only. Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth and Concord hold most of the work.

New Hampshire's commercial buildings cluster in the southern tier, within easy reach of Boston, and along the Seacoast. With no general sales tax, border towns like Salem and Nashua draw shoppers from Massachusetts, which keeps retail space busy. The state also has a strong base of advanced manufacturing and defense suppliers. A cleaning company here often covers both sides of the state line, and we treat your territory the way you drive it.

The local market

Where the cleaning contracts are in New Hampshire

Manchester is the largest city, and its Millyard, a row of converted mill buildings on the Merrimack River, now holds tech firms, offices and university space. Downtown has banks, law firms and Elliot Hospital and Catholic Medical Center close by. Nashua, just to the south, has office parks, defense and electronics manufacturers and retail along the Daniel Webster Highway. Both cities have many mid-size employers who manage their own cleaning contracts, so the office or facilities manager is usually the right contact.

On the Seacoast, Pease International Tradeport, on the former Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth and Newington, holds office, industrial and lab space for a long list of tenants, including biologics manufacturing. Downtown Portsmouth has restaurants, hotels and small professional offices that stay busy all summer. Across the river in Kittery, Maine, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard brings contractors and suppliers to the area. Dover, Rochester and Exeter add smaller commercial centers.

Concord has the State House, state agencies and Concord Hospital. In the Upper Valley, Dartmouth College in Hanover and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon create a medical and academic market out of proportion to the region's size. The Lakes Region and White Mountains lean on hotels, resorts and ski areas. In 2023 New Hampshire had 373 janitorial services establishments employing 2,928 people, a small supply for the number of offices and plants in the southern tier.

What changes through the year

New Hampshire gets four hard seasons. Winter snow and salt run from December into March, and mud season in April tracks dirt into every building. Fall foliage season fills hotels and restaurants in the White Mountains and Lakes Region, and ski season keeps them busy into spring. On the Seacoast, Portsmouth and Hampton Beach see their heaviest restaurant and hotel traffic in summer.

The standard

Three checks. Every entry.

This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.

01

It is in your area

The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.

02

They want regular work

They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.

03

You get the person who signs

A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.

Can my territory cover southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts?

Yes. Many companies work Nashua and Salem alongside Lowell and Haverhill. You draw one area across the state line, and we check each lead against it.

Do you find leads at Pease International Tradeport?

Yes, if Portsmouth is in your patch. Pease has offices, labs and industrial buildings that buy recurring cleaning, and we look for the tenant or facilities contact who can sign.

Can I get leads in the Upper Valley around Lebanon and Hanover?

Yes. If your crews work the Upper Valley, you can set your area there and include towns on the Vermont side as well. Leads outside the area you draw are credited.
