Janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Alaska
Yes. LeadWharf finds exclusive janitorial and commercial cleaning leads in Alaska, with most of the volume in Anchorage, the Mat-Su Valley, Fairbanks and Juneau. Each lead is inside the area you set, wants recurring cleaning, and comes with the name and direct line of the person who approves it.
Alaska is a market where geography sets the territory for you. Road links between the main population centers are long, and Juneau has no road connection to the rest of the state at all. So a cleaning company here almost always works one city and its surroundings. We match that. If you run crews in Anchorage and Eagle River, your leads come from Anchorage and Eagle River, not from a clinic in Ketchikan you would need a flight to reach.
The local market
Where the cleaning contracts are in Alaska
Anchorage holds the bulk of Alaska's commercial floor space. Midtown and downtown carry the offices of oil and gas firms, Alaska Native corporations, banks and law practices. Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is a major refueling and cargo stop for freighters flying between Asia and North America, and the freight forwarders, hangars and warehouses around it need industrial and office cleaning year round. Healthcare is a major employer too, with Providence Alaska Medical Center and the Alaska Native Medical Center among the largest buildings in the city.
The military shapes both Anchorage and Fairbanks. Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson sits on the edge of Anchorage, and Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base anchor the Fairbanks North Star Borough, alongside the University of Alaska Fairbanks. In Juneau, state government is the core of the economy, with legislative and agency offices filling downtown. The Mat-Su Valley, around Wasilla and Palmer, is where much of the recent retail, medical and school growth has landed.
The state had 257 janitorial services establishments in 2023, and BLS counted 5,270 janitors and cleaners in May 2023. That is a small, tight market in which reputations travel fast. Buildings here also work harder than most: gravel, snowmelt and long hours of darkness make floor care and regular scheduled cleaning a real operational need rather than a nice extra.
What changes through the year
Winter is long, and gravel, de-icer and snowmelt are tracked into every lobby from October into April, so entry matting and floor care carry real weight in contracts. Spring breakup brings mud and wet entrances. From May to September the cruise and summer visitor season fills hotels, tour offices and retail in Juneau, Ketchikan, Seward and Anchorage, which lifts demand for hospitality and turnover cleaning while it lasts.

The standard
Three checks. Every entry.
This is the whole product, and you can hold us to every line of it. A lead is only charged once all three are true. Miss one and it is credited, with no back and forth.
It is in your area
The building sits inside the service area you draw for us. Not the next metro over, and not a two hour drive at six in the morning.
RequiredThey want regular work
They have told us, in their own words, that they are looking for recurring cleaning at the frequency and job size you set. Not a maybe, and not somebody collecting quotes for the fun of it.
RequiredYou get the person who signs
A named decision-maker with a direct line to them. Not a receptionist taking a message, and not a general inbox nobody reads.

Questions, answered.
Still not sure? Write to hello@leadwharf.com and a real person will get back to you.
Can I get cleaning leads in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley together?
Yes. Many Anchorage companies already drive the Glenn Highway to Wasilla and Palmer, and we can draw one territory that covers both. Each lead still has to fall inside that line.
Do you cover Juneau, even though it is off the road system?
Yes. A Juneau company can hold Juneau as its own territory, and we contact agencies, clinics and businesses there in your name. The area check simply means every lead is a building your Juneau crew can reach.
Can a Fairbanks company get leads near the military bases?
Yes. Fairbanks, North Pole and the areas around Fort Wainwright and Eielson can all sit in one territory. We focus outreach on the offices, clinics and contractors that run recurring cleaning there.
